How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally prepared and shipped within two business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing on Monday.
How long does U.S. delivery take?
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–10 business days after shipment. Remote destinations and carrier disruptions can require additional time.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. Customers with a HOODINK account can also review available order information from the account page.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or parts are missing?
Email support10@bright-max.com.cn with your order number and clear photographs of the outer package with its SKU label, the shipping label, and the damage or missing quantity.

How long do I have to request a return?
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after the carrier records the order as delivered.
Who pays return shipping?
For an approved non-quality-related return, the customer pays return shipping. For a verified manufacturing defect, transit damage, or missing-parts claim, HOODINK determines the appropriate remedy and shipping arrangement.
How do I start a return?
Email support10@bright-max.com.cn with your order number, the item, and the reason for return. Wait for written approval before sending anything back.
How long is the HOODINK warranty?
Eligible standard HOODINK lighting products purchased directly from HOODINK.com include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the purchase date. See the Limited Warranty for complete terms.
What if I purchased through another marketplace or retailer?
Purchases made through another marketplace or retail partner are normally handled through that channel’s after-sales process unless HOODINK confirms otherwise in writing.
