Order processing
HOODINK orders are normally prepared and shipped within two business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing on Monday. Promotional and holiday periods may require additional processing time.
Estimated delivery
Standard delivery to eligible U.S. destinations is generally estimated at 3–10 business days after shipment. HOODINK uses warehouses serving multiple U.S. regions, so the shipping origin may vary. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carriers, severe weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Free standard shipping
HOODINK provides free standard shipping to eligible U.S. destinations. Certain remote islands and unsupported locations are excluded and cannot be delivered to. Eligibility is confirmed during checkout based on the delivery address.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking information will be sent to the email associated with the order when available. Items stored in different warehouses may arrive in separate packages without an additional standard shipping charge.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please verify your address before checkout. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfillment begins. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a package appears lost or damaged, contact support10@bright-max.com.cn with your order number.
